Job Title: Yard AssistantHours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break, (Some Saturday mornings as and when required)Location: Sudbury, DE6 5GXPart of the Dunstall Holdings Groups, Rea Valley Tractors (RVT) was established over 30 years ago and is a leading regional agricultural machinery dealer.

We supply an extensive range of agricultural machinery throughout Shropshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, mid and North Wales, Cheshire and Lancashire and also sell high-quality used equipment across the UK and abroad.

We have eight depots in Newport (Shropshire), Shrewsbury, Sudbury, Welshpool, Middlewich, Ormskirk, Denbigh and Knighton.

The preparation of new and used machines is a key part of the role supporting the service team, cleaning and pre-sale preparation of machinery also as and when the need arises the requirement for small repairs to equipment and machinery.

The support of all departments is a vital role by taking the lead supporting supplier’s deliveries and collections made to the depot.

Delivery of machines and equipment to support demos and the sales team.

(This is a full-time role based on a 40-hour week from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a requirement to work Saturday mornings as and when required.

)ResponsibilitiesOn a day-to-day basis you will (this list is not exhaustive): * Clean and prepare new and used machines for sale.

* Keep yard and premises clean and tidy.

* Loading and unloading.

* Help and assist with delivering demo and new machinesCandidate Requirements * Familiar with operating agricultural machines * Forklift / telehandler qualification (training can be provided) * Clean driving licence * Able to work extra hours when needed and work in a team
