Our client is actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you're as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.As a Workshop Controller, you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.What will you be doing? * Responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop * Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets * Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers * Achieves agreed profits and retention levelsWhat are we looking for? * Full UK Driving Licence * Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to work to timescales effectively * Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service * Experience in a main dealer environment * Strong industry knowledge * Ability to work under pressureSalary and HoursBasic £38,000 OTE £47,000Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm or shift of 7.30am to 5.30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 2pmContact: Gary at Jago Consultants Read More |
