Permanent – Full TimePosition Available: Voids SupervisorWe are seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor to join our team at Goldney Road, London, serving the Borough of Westminster.Role OverviewAs a Team Leader / Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services by leading a team and overseeing daily activities. This includes managing voids for a housing association and ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard. You will uphold excellent service standards, influence profitability, handle basic budget management, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
