As Visual Merchandiser you are part of the Luxottica Retail Marketing team. The Visual Merchandiser role is to support the delivery of outstanding Visual Merchandising standards and layouts throughout both sides of the business Sun & Optical throughout 5 countries UK – Ireland – Netherlands – Belgium - Denmark . Key to the role is maintaining the visual merchandising guidelines ensuring compliance through various tools and training in the field, supporting new stores and ensuring signage is up-to-date across the network. You need to be fully computer literate, to easily pick up various computer systems and applications used in the business. Communicate regularly and work closely with the field team of Regional/ Area Managers and Store Managers to ensure compliance and high standards.

• 2+ years of experience as Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role (preferable retail industry)

• Strong strategic & agile thinking skills

• Experience with budget management

• MS Office experience including Outlook, Word Excel and PowerPoint & various computer systems

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
