Our nurses rotate between ward, theatre, and consults, ensuring a fair and balanced workload. The case load is diverse and engaging, with theatre days involving more than just routine procedures. We maintain a balanced rota to support a healthy work-life balance.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking skilled RVNs or SVNs to work across both of our locations in Crimplesham and Kings Lynn. Understanding that one rota doesn't fit all, we are open to discussing your needs and how we can accommodate them.Work ScheduleOur nurses work a variety of shifts, including:Early: 6:45 am - 3:45 pmCore: 8:30 am - 5:30 pmMid: 9:00 am - 6:00 pmLate: 10:00 am - 7:00 pmOur nurses work one in every five weekends, with the preceding Thursday and Friday and the following Monday and Tuesday off. Additionally, nurses are required to work on the night rotation (7:00 pm - 7:00 am), typically 4 nights over a 10-week period, with appropriate recovery time.
