As a key member of our team, you will: - Enhance Supplier Relationships: Support stakeholders with regular reporting and foster strong supplier relationships.
- Drive Vendor Performance: Continuously monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost and service improvements.
- Innovate Processes: Develop and implement processes and toolkits to accelerate our vendor management program, focusing on supplier rationalization, third-party risk management, and supplier governance.

Your ideal profile - At least 7 years in vendor management, third-party risk management, sourcing, category management, outsourcing, or IT operations.
- Good understanding of IT concepts (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity). A multidisciplinary background is an asset.
- Experience in negotiating, implementing, and managing outsourcing engagements with large enterprise suppliers, especially in the financial sector.
- Knowledge of regulations such as DORA, EBA, CSSF, GDPR, EUDPR, and equivalents in our jurisdictions (MAS, FMA, PRA/FCA).
- Exceptional attention to detail, delivering outstanding customer service, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage disputes efficiently, create consensus among stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership with the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in other relevant languages is an asset.
