Are you passionate about automobiles and possess a keen eye for detail? Are you skilled in assessing vehicle damage accurately and efficiently? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Vehicle Damage Assessor based at our Heathrow site. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, including both exterior and interior components. Utilize advanced techniques and tools to accurately determine the extent of damage. Provide detailed reports and estimates for repair costs and timelines. Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and repair technicians to ensure smooth communication and resolution. Stay updated on industry standards, repair techniques, and technological advancements. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes. Proficiency in using assessment tools and software. Knowledge and experience using audatex and autoflow, or similar body shop systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Relevant qualifications or certifications preferred.
