    Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage, including both exterior and interior components.
  • Utilize advanced techniques and tools to accurately determine the extent of damage.
  • Provide detailed reports and estimates for repair costs and timelines.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, clients, and repair technicians to ensure smooth communication and resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, repair techniques, and technological advancements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repair processes.
  • Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
  • Knowledge and experience using audatex and autoflow, or similar body shop systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications preferred.
