Porsche Retail Group have an excellent opportunity for a Site Logistics and Vehicle Coordinator to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join the prestigious Porsche Centre Mayfair . This Studio concept dealership is a one-of-a-kind boutique style showroom, and the Porsche Centre Mayfair is only a 2-minute walk to the Ritz Hotel & Green Park tube station, with The Royal Green Park facing the building. The dealership has a barista service coffee bar and is surrounded by shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.

About the hours
There are 2 positions available, working 4 days in role rolling through Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays. Each person will work 34.5 hours on week one and when Saturday included you’ll work 36 hours.

About the role
As Site Logistics and Vehicle Coordinator you will ensure that vehicles are prepared and available for customer collection on time, providing a consistent and professional showroom and demonstrator appearance is maintained. Responsibilities include:

  • Taking a proactive approach in maintaining professional standards of personal and dealership presentation, ensuring stock rotation and displays meet Brand standards
  • Consistent display of all vehicles to include vehicle pricing, emissions labels, Tequipment pricing etc.
  • Communicating effectively with the workshop and sales administration, ensuring vehicle progression and achievement of agreed delivery schedule
  • Keeping Sales Executives informed of delivery changes
  • Ensuring online Vehicle Sales Platform photography and videography is up to date
  • Carrying out daily inspections of all showroom and demonstrator vehicles for cleanliness, damage, flat batteries, floor mats etc
  • Ensuring demonstrators are fuelled, oil levels are checked and charged.
  • Gain authorisation for remedial work
  • Ensure timely and accurate document preparation
  • Checking the vehicle upon delivery to centre for all paperwork, keys and book packs
  • Progress any special requests for cherished plate transfers, specific registration numbers etc
  • Inspect and approve vehicle prior to hand over to sales executive, highlighting any issues immediately for rectification prior to delivery of vehicle to customer
  • Daily management of the valeting and driver personnel
  • Organising transport for transfer of vehicle to preparation centre
