Job Title: Marketing Transformation Lead Salary: c.£100k + package Location: Winchester (3 days per week in the office) Eton Bridge Partners has been retained by a leading wholesale/distribution business, based in the Winchester area, seeking to appoint a Marketing Transformation Lead. The organisation is embarking on a significant digital transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Marketing Transformation Lead to join their team. This role will be pivotal in driving change across their technology stack, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will bring expertise in areas such as customer data unification, enrichment, insights, and customer journey orchestration. You will report to the Marketing Director and the Change Programme Leaders, and play a key role in representing the requirements of the Marketing team. We are looking for a professional who has been through an ERP implementation, with significant experience in a senior Marketing role, ideally within the retail and/or wholesale/distribution sector. If you have participated in systems transformations and understand the need for marketing business involvement in such programmes, we would love to hear from you. You should be a naturally curious individual able to capture requirements, influence decisions, problem solve, and enjoy working within a project-based team.
