As a Training Specialist within the Performance Improvement team, you will act as the central contact and subject matter expert to provide oversight, guidance & specialist expertise to support the implementation & management of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) at Hartlepool. You will be responsible for ensuring training process governance standards are met in accordance with Site Licence Conditions. Training Specialists within the Performance Improvement team are focused on continuous assessment & improvement of processes & behaviours in support of station business. As a member of the Performance Improvement team, the Training Specialist will work directly for the Training Group Head with responsibility for overseeing delivery of training standards and will be the subject matter consultant for instructor training programmes.
