Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a well-established town planning consultancy in East Sussex on the hire of a Senior Town Planner.My client is a first-rate town planning consultancy dealing with a wide range of professional work over an extensive geographical area. In this role, you will work towards securing the best development outcome that meets the requirements of the Client in a way that suitably respects the site and takes reasonable account of the views of others (choosing negotiation and consensus and not through confrontation). If you are a confident, outgoing individual who is not afraid of hard work (which will produce work-related bonuses) and who enjoys the art of planning, then this is the role for you! You will need to have a RTPI accredited degree and preferably suitable planning experience to hold a Senior Town Planner position. Our client is based near Tunbridge Wells and advise in all areas of planning, covering most parts of the country.
