Effective communication with clients and stakeholders, along with adept management of conflicting priorities, will be integral to your success.

Position: Technical Services Manager

Location: City of London

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Competitive Package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day technical matters across the estate, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain statutory and code compliance across sites.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to uphold service standards at a consistently high level.
  • Lead regular and ongoing projects with the onsite team.
  • Establish effective lines of communication with clients, attending monthly meetings as needed.
  • Manage conflicting priorities adeptly, aligning with business needs.
  • Foster positive relationships both internally and externally through effective communication.
  • Facilitate regular M&E maintenance throughout the development.
  • Coordinate with and oversee subcontractors for major systems and equipment.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly PPM reports for each site.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of service records.
  • Investigate and report on significant operational incidents.
  • Maintain up-to-date paperwork for all contracts in preparation for audits.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Salary: Up to £70,000 + Competitive Package

    Requirements:

  • Engineering degree - deseriable but not essential
  • Mechanical bias
  • Qualification in mechanical engineering (C&G, HNC, HND or higher)
  • Strong technical background
  • Current HV qualification
