About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our quantitative research team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering and quantitative finance, with a passion for developing and implementing complex trading models. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, requiring the ability to mentor team members while delivering exceptional results.
