Job Overview: TheCustomer Support Executive will be a vital member of the ClientServices Division, whose primary goal is to keep our customerssatisfied and delighted.

The role will initially be part of aremote team of 4 Customer Support Executives and will involvemanaging tickets through FreshDesk and solving customer issuesthrough our own in-house bespoke CMS systems.

  • Handlinginbound queries from clients
  • Providingexceptional customer service to ourclients
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention todetail when communicating withclients
  • Contributing knowledge andunderstanding of best practices for CustomerSupport
  • Helping to improve companysystems
  • Documenting, tracking, and monitoringtickets/tasks
