Wecurrently have an exciting new position available to join ourPreenablement team as a team manager. As a Team Manager forPreenablement youwill manage and control the activities of your team whilstdelivering specific KPI targets. As a fieldbased manager you willbe expected to offer technical leadership with a responsibility forteamsuccess.

Theimplementation and monitoring of agreed targets and objectives forthe team will be priority whilst also ensuring company policies arefollowed and the best possible service is delivered to theclient.

Asa Team Manager your core responsibilities will be

  • Managing thefield activity of your team whilst ensuring Health & safetypolicies and procedures are always adheredto.
  • Workingto NRSWAGuidelines.
  • MonitorTeam performance and activity. This includes prepull works under 3Meter small digworks.
  • Implementationof new recruits/trainees into your team. Regularly assess traineeswithin your team through to sign off with VirginMedia.
  • Managingdaily completion rates ensuring customers and client are kept fullyupdated
  • Maintainour company image ensuring a good reputation is upheld at all timeswhen dealing with our clients and theircustomers.
  • Resolveany issues raised by the technicians within your team and escalateissues outside your remit whereappropriate.
  • Useyour own initiative and seize every opportunity to enhancecustomers overallexperience.
  • Ensureall complaints are promptly addressed with minimal customer andclient inconvenience and confirm satisfactory resolution on eachoccasion.
