Tax Manager – Manchester Location: Manchester Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Numero Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a Top 20 accountancy firm who require a Tax Manager to work closely with the Tax Partners in their Manchester office. As a result of their reputation for client service and advice, the firm has attracted a number of new clients over the last 6 months resulting in the need to grow their tax team. As a Manager within the tax department you will work closely with the Partners in devising and maintaining a structured program for the tax team to follow. The team has a large portfolio of private tax clients. You will manage an initial team of 5 and will control the workflow and provide technical assistance should any tax matters arise. With the firm keen to continue the growth of the tax team throughout 2020, you will assist the partners in the recruitment of additional team members and the training and development of those already within the practice. There will also be the opportunity to shadow the partners in their business development activities.
