We have established an exciting new opening for a Talent Sourcer, where the successful applicant will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the provision of suitable candidates to match against our live vacancies.

No prior Recruitment experience is required, and full training and ongoing support will be provided.

This role will be 4 days based from our Head Office in West Byfleet (5 minutes walk from Byfleet & New Haw Station), and 1 day working remotely/from home.

Main Responsibilities

  • Help monitor Recruitment inbox on Hiring queries
  • Discuss new requirements with Hiring Leads to understand their needs
  • Post suitable job adverts for live vacancy requests
  • Shortlist CVs from live adverts and send to Hiring Leads
  • Search CV databases and Social Media for suitable talent
  • Respond to/Answer candidate queries via email and switchboard
  • Update Applicant Tracking System on job changes
  • Build talent pools for ongoing hiring needs

What are we looking for?

  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Good attention to detail
  • Competent using computer software and MS Office suite
  • Good interpersonal skills, and confident dealing with people at all levels (both in person and over the phone)
  • Organised and able to multi-task
