This exciting role is a great opportunity to take our talent acquisition capabilities to the next level, bring great talent into Rotork and ensure we have the right people in place to achieve our ambitious growth plans.


Reporting to the Head of Culture & Inclusion, you will manage the Global Talent Acquisition Team to ensure business as usual recruitment is delivered globally, whilst driving global talent acquisition initiatives and continuous improvement projects.


In this role you will develop and deploy a talent acquisition strategy which ensures effective delivery of strong and diverse talent into Rotork to support our Growth+ strategy. You will also work as part of the Culture & Inclusion team, to embed organisational culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into all aspects of the talent acquisition process.

This role would suit an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, looking to make a significant impact within a change-focused, global organisation.



Experience Requirements

  • A varied internal Talent Acquisition background with some exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or other technical functions, preferably at a global level.
  • Proven experience managing a high-performing recruitment delivery team. Ideally, with experience managing global teams remotely.
  • Proven experience developing global strategies and delivering projects to improve systems, processes and ways of working, to develop global talent acquisition capabilities.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programmes for global hiring teams.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience of owning the system and related projects/improvements.
  • Experience managing recruitment suppliers and external partnerships and holding them to account for performance. Experience building business cases to ensure that budgets and resources are used effectively.
