The Harnham Group is a specialist and globally leading recruitment consultancy based in the heart of Wimbledon. We were founded by 2 CEOs who still run the business and we are still privately owned.

We have grown steadily over the past few years to now have a presence across the U.S. (New York, San Francisco, Phoenix) Europe (France & The Netherlands) as well as the U.K office operating across England and is home to Rockborne.

Our growth plans aren't slowing down so we're looking for someone motivated, outgoing and resilient to join our Talent Team based in Wimbledon to identify and attract Harnham's newest talent!


We hire mostly at graduate or entry level with some experienced and operational hires too so there will be plenty of opportunities to carve out a successful career within our Talent team and progress up the ladder.


What will you be doing?

  • Proactively looking for candidates through a variety of sourcing methods. These may include - advertising, social media, working with Universities, networking, referral schemes, job boards & many more!
  • Building relationships with internal hiring managers and stakeholders to make sure their vacancies are filled as effectively & efficiently as possible.
  • Screening & qualifying candidates over the phone
  • Managing the recruitment and interview process including rejecting/progressing applications, following up on feedback from stakeholders and offering successful candidates a role verbally.
  • Post offer management and helping with onboarding
  • Working with rec2rec agencies to book candidates in for interviews & deliver feedback.
  • Hitting targets & working as a high performer - all whilst focusing on quality & longevity.
  • Championing best practices for candidate experience and ensuring whatever the outcome candidates have a positive interview experience.

  • It's great if you have previous experience in-house or on the agency side but not essential as we're open to candidates with no experience too!
