POSITIONOVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for adynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within theFront Office Department a Switchboard Operator.

Our Switchboard Operator will be the firstpoint of contact for many calls to the hotel, and as such will need to alwaysbe prepared to give an excellent first impression of The Ritz London. Thesuccessful candidate will have impeccable communication skills and will beconfident in multitasking, while being able to assist internal and externalguests. Previous experience of working within a similar property is essential.

ENTRYREQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Great command of the English language, both spoken and written
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
