This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding multidisciplined consultancy who provide specialist services on a range of construction projects that vary in size and complexity.

They are on the lookout for a Sustainability Consultant to hit the ground running for them in their offices in London.

Key responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant include:

Manage and deliver projects from concept design to completion
Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate sustainability strategies into all phases of the construction projects
Use BREEAM expertise to achieve sustainability targets and enhance performance by providing certifications on projects
Produce and implement circular economy, whole life carbon, and WELL certifications into projectsEssential requirements for a Sustainability Consultant are:

A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sustainability consultant within the built environment industry
Degree within an environmental science or engineering discipline
Experience delivering BREEAM Assessments across all stages of construction projects from inception to handover
A BREEAM accreditation such as BREEAM AP would be beneficial
Good knowledge of Whole Life Cycle Assessments and circular economy would be advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits of the role:
