Work Wales are working with a local based organisation to find a compassionate and committed Manager. The role will involve supporting individuals who have Learning Disabilities to develop life skills along with pursuing any activities and interests they may have. Duties: - Provide care and support to individuals in two care settings - Assist with daily living activities - Coordinate and schedule medical appointments - Create and implement individualised care plans - Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for individuals - Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organisational and time management abilities - Compassionate and patient demeanour - Knowledge of medication administration procedures - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently This position requires a caring individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals in two care settings.
