Position: CQC Support Worker - BANK STAFF

Main responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the provision of a safe, caring, and nurturing environment, where emotional, physical, cultural and health needs are met.
  • Work alongside people, involve them, and support them to have understanding and ownership of their care plans, risk assessments, positive behaviour support plans, EHCPs, etc.
  • Promote a culture of reflection, equality, diversity, and inclusivity throughout practice.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting any concerns without delay.
  • Work flexibly in the undertaking of other relevant duties which are not specifically outlined above.
  • Recording and Reporting.

Must Haves:

  • A minimum 1-year experience with supporting individuals in health and social care who experience neurodiversity, Autism, Behaviours that Challenge, Learning Disabilities, and Mental ill health.
  • Diploma Level 2/3 in health and social care or equivalent.
  • Good level of written English and Numeracy skills
