About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Studio Assistant to report to the Studio Manager at Three Six Zero Music Village. This role will aide in the operational running of the facility, ensuring that our brand and vision permeate through our interaction with everyone that visits and uses the space. As the commercial success of the facility grows, so will the opportunity for personal development and remuneration.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coordinating the day to day running of the studios alongside the Studio Manager.
  • Liaise with the Studio Manager and Three Six Zero clients to ensure equipment setup requests are fulfilled ahead of client arrival and packed down after the session ends.
  • Provide technical support to recording sessions.
  • Keep the studios clean, tidy and ready for use.
  • Log and report faults to the studio manager for maintenance.
  • Be flexible with their rota, working out of hours occasionally to support late finishing sessions.
  • Be responsible for keeping the kitchen and office supplies fully stocked.
  • Logging new purchases in the gear inventory system.
  • Carrying out monthly equipment inventory checks.
  • Assist with overseeing front desk reception and office administration.
  • Management of the reception inbox, filtering emails and forwarding to the relevant people.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Undertake training to become a Fire Marshall & First Aider.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client facing role at a commercial recording studio.
  • Must have experience in customer service and basic administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
