Youll also have access to some great benefits including: The role We have a fantastic opportunity at MAG for a Strategic Change Director, who will lead a wide range of complex transformational programmes across the organisation. As Strategic Change Director, you will drive the maturity & capability of business change within MAG, with a detailed focus on people, process and technology. Being a complex organisation as MAG is, you will ensure a seamless integration & alignment across all areas of the organisation, bringing key stakeholders together at all levels creating an appetite for change and an environment for transformation. With such a wide ranging role, some of your responsibilities will include: What will make you successful in this role? You will have proven experience as a strategic change leader, leading multi-million £ complex transformation programmes within large organisations. You will be an expert in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices with an in-depth knowledge of governance & operational frameworks, business processes, technologies, and their interdependencies.
