Working at this supportive establishment, you will have access to great CPD opportunities and a range of resources and equipment to enhance your learning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement engaging sports programs tailored to student's age and skill levels.Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and teamwork.Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and setting achievable goals.Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions and competitions.Collaborate with school staff to integrate sports activities into the broader educational curriculum.RequirementsThe successful Sports Coach will have;Proven experience as a Sports Coach or similar role.Relevant coaching qualifications (Level 2 or higher preferred).Strong knowledge of various sports disciplines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.What we offerAs a sports coach, part of our team, you benefit from:Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
