We are proud to be partnering with a Social Housing provider based in Oxfordshire, who are looking to appoint a Specialist Coach to join their team. This will be a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The role can be considered on either a temporary to permanent basis with an hourly rate of up to £17. 50 per hour via an Umbrella Company or on straight permanent basis with a salary of £24,960 per annum. The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing support and advice to young people with complex needs. The candidate will also require access their vehicle and an enhanced DBS dated within the last three years. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Responsible for providing an intensive support service to three young people (aged 16-25) living within the organisations properties across Banbury and West Oxford Providing tenancy sustainment advice to service users to ensure they maintain their property and do not fall into arrears Supporting customers who have faced previous trauma and complex needs including: care leavers, mental health and substance misuse Advising service users on their welfare benefit entitlements and helping them to access these Providing support with education and employment opportunities within the community Ensuring the safeguarding of customers at all times and signposting service users to any necessary additional support services Working with partners across the organisation to ensure properties are ready to re-let within an appropriate timeframe (eg repairs and voids teams) Liaising with the specialist Mother and Baby Coach when necessary to ensure the correct support is provided Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Rewards and Benefits: Flexible working hours Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday with core hours between 10am – 4pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
