Our client currently has 4 successful gastro pubs.Want to know more about the Sous Chef role?What duties will I be doing in the Sous Chef role?* Food safety is a number 1 priority across the pub. You must support the Head Chef by ensuring compliance is not only followed by yourself but by your wider team to ensure we retain our 5-star food hygiene rating.* Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and all food preparation.* Demonstrate a good working knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques, ensuring the company specs are consistently followed.* You will need to be comfortable and happy working both independently but also as part of the wider kitchen team.
