We’re hiring for a Social Media Marketing Manager as part of Dentsu in London.


Purpose of the Role


Dentsu is seeking a social media marketing manager to help us expand our digital footprint and oversee our social communications efforts, connecting with new audiences and engaging with our existing base through compelling social media initiatives.


This role combines marketing and social media management skills to develop and implement informed social content strategies tailored to the strengths of various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and deliver against our ABX strategy.


Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be internal facing, and based in the London UK office and you’ll be part of an in-house marketing team of 20.


Key Responsibilities


  • Create marketing and social media (Organic and Paid) strategies and campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  • Execute day-to-day management of organic and paid social media campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting alongside the social media execs.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages across the dentsu brands working with various members in the marketing team, including content, events and brand.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyse customer data, interactions and visits and use this information to create comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Grow and expand dentsu’s social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increasing presence on existing platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Align and work alongside the content and events teams to deliver social content to support upcoming content and events.
  • Qualifications + Skills


  • 3-4 years’ experience in a marketing social media role.
  • Experience in creating organic and paid social strategies.
  • Strong in content creation and copywriting
  • Strong experience with major social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in managing and planning paid social campaigns across various social platforms, preferably in B2B or an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of social principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Passionate about Organic and paid social marketing.
  • Experience in social scheduling and reporting socials such as Sprout or Hootsuite or similar
