About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team at Sibylline.
As a Social Media Executive, you will be managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and implementing effective campaigns to achieve our objectives. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engagement strategy.
Responsibilities :
Content Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilise Sibylline’s established brand guide to create visually compelling graphics and imagery using design software such as Canva.
- Collaborate with team leads to create flexible, short-notice posts for developing situations arising from our reporting services.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with the audience on various social media platforms.
- Develop strategies to enhance engagement with Sibylline’s current followers and attract new followers.
- Respond to comments, messages, emails, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators, providing insights for improvement, and highlighting top-performing content.
Campaign Management:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement social media campaigns (Paid/Unpaid).
- Monitor the success of campaigns and adjust strategies based on real-time analytics.
Social Media Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
- Implement strategies to capitalise on emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge.
Press Tracking:
- Seek out and record (or post) Sibylline's appearances in press outlets.
- Coordinate with the communications team to amplify and share press coverage on social media platforms.
Events:
- Assist with event planning and management, including set-up and take-down.
- Collaborate with the Content Producer to capture engaging content during events for social media distribution.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a social media specialist or a similar role
- Proficiency in software such as Canva, Hootsuite and social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Proven track record of managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and implementing effective campaigns to achieve business objectives
- High proficiency in LinkedIn management
- Strong understanding of risk consultancy or related industries (B2B)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination
- Interest in editing software and design such as Adobe suite.
