Aboutthe role:


Asour team grows we have created this new role to bring in a socialexpert to plan develop curate and measure brilliant social mediaposts that align with our campaigns and business goals.

Fromcreating a social strategy writing scripts and shooting authenticvideos to driving customer UGC you will find new and best ways toresonate with our core age 60 audience.


You willown organic social from day one and over six months help to controlperformance social on Facebook YouTube Instagram and TikTok.

Youllhave a solid appetite to hit targets measure results and constantlyoptimise our effectiveness.


Exceptionalknowledge ensures you understand the latest technologies and socialtrends and have the experience to influence the team.

You will alsoneed to collaborate and build excellent working relationshipsacross internal departments such as Customer Engagement andMarketplace.

  • Ownorganic social and start to harness paidsocial

  • Make brilliantconnections across the business and with customers getting greatcontentontap.

Inyour first year youwill:


  • Havechanged the way we do things utilising AI to advance our creativeprocess

  • Have completeownership and control over Facebook for paidsocial

  • Have a large bank ofthe most successful templates tools and authentic content

  • Plan six months ahead withthe ability to predictsuccess

Keyresponsibilities:


  • Planshoots graphics animations collaborating with a deliveryteam

  • Execute scripts andshoots work with design creatives ongraphics

  • Measure performanceand show proof on a sharedplatform

Essentialskills andexperience:


  • Previousexperience in a proven successful social mediarole

  • Excellent knowledge ofFacebook Instagram YouTube andTikTok

  • The ability to workwith image and video editing software (Photoshop Canva PremierPro)

  • Familiarity with socialmedia management tools (Hootsuite Buffer orLater)

  • Strong understandingof social media KPIs

  • Have atestandlearn mindset and strong work ethic; enthusiasm is amust

  • Writing accurate andhighly engaging scripts andprompts

  • Handson artdirection graphic design and photographyskills
