Job Title: Site Manager - Prime Residential Location: Kensington, London Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum + benefits package
Future Build Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join a growing main contractor. You'll play a pivotal role in managing and delivering exceptional residential projects in the £2m - £3.5m range around Chelsea and Kensington.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing and leading subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Reading and interpreting architectural drawings, effectively communicating any discrepancies or changes to the project team and client.
- Maintaining meticulous site records and documentation, utilising Procore (training provided if needed).
- Implementing a robust health & safety culture on-site, ensuring all regulations are adhered to.
- Communicating effectively with clients, both technically and non-technically, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager successfully delivering high-end residential projects in the £2m - £3.5m range.
- Strong technical knowledge of basement digs, structural works, and high-quality fit-out processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A problem-solving approach with a focus on proactive solutions.
- Proven leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage subcontractors.
- A genuine commitment to Health & Safety regulations and a proven track record of implementing them on-site.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Experience with Procore a plus, but in-house training is available.
