Future Build Recruitment is offering an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable medium-sized London-centric restoration and external refurbishment contractor. The company is seeking a Site Manager for the second phase of an external refurbishment and roofing project of a high-end mansion block in Knightsbridge. With the scaffold already up, the scope of works will include a new flat roof, concrete and brick repairs, stone cleaning, and some internal decorations to communal areas. As the lead Site Manager, you will oversee a site team comprising a tenant liaison officer and an assistant site manager.
