Job Title: Site Manager

Grade: C3 to SO1 (£29,777 to £33,945) Dependent on experience

Hours: 37 Hours per week, all year round

Accountable to: Monday 15th July

Working closely with the Estates Manager and Academy Business Manager you will take a lead role in health & safety compliance across the academy and ensure staff are appropriately trained where required.

You will effectively lead and manage contractors and capital works ensuring work is carried out to the work specification and delivered within agreed time parameters.

You will have line management responsibility for the site team and cleaning team including managing performance, allocation and monitoring of work, and establishing high standards of expectation.

You will lead on planning, monitoring, and evaluating site repairs and maintenance, health & safety budgets, applying cost reduction initiatives and best value principles, adhering to the trust's financial policies.

You will take a lead role on ensuring the site Health & Safety provision is established and in addition take an advisory role in supporting staff with the completion of risk assessments.
