TD Recruitment are currently looking for experienced site manager to work for our client in Keighley, Bedford area.

Starting as soon as possible.

Job duties:- Manages all Site activities ensuring sites are fully compliant and operating to all applicable HSE guidelines- Reporting to the Contracts Manager as required- Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met- Collaborating with other construction project stakeholders as required- Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers- Ensure that all Goods Received Notes are secured and handed in to the appropriate location- Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses/costs- Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks- Maintain Daily Records of site activities and liaise with the Contracts Managers to produce information for Progress ReportsExperience:- 5-10 years of experience managing construction projects for a Contractor- Proven Ability to monitor construction project budgets and deadlines- Proficiency in recordkeeping and electronic project management systems- Experience in relaying detailed instructions to onsite construction teams- Advanced Negotiation skills to procure cost-effective subcontractors and suppliers- Ability to closely collaborate with other construction project stakeholders- Experience of numerous sites of varying complexities.

Qualifications/Certificates:- CSCS black card- SMSTS- First aid at work- Fire marshal- Asbestos awarenessStart:Monday to Friday, 7:30AM - 17:00PM, start as soon as possible.
