Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced site manager to start work on a new project in Hull which will be starting at the beginning of July.


Job Description:


You will need to to oversee the construction of steel frame structures and manage overall site operations.

The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.


Shift Pattern:


For this role we are looking for 2 managers as there are day and night shifts.

First manager to work 6:30am - 3:30pm and the second manager to work 3:30pm - 12am.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of steel frame structures on site.
  • Manage daily site operations, ensuring all activities are performed according to project plans and specifications.
  • Lead and motivate the site team, including subcontractors and site personnel.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies on site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project schedule.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
  • Manage site resources efficiently, including labour, materials, and equipment.
  • Attend and contribute to site meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure site security and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
