Job Purpose As a Site Manager you will be a part of our Project Team who deliver multi-million pound electrical and civil construction works on clients LV to 132kV Networks, refurbishing and building new substation and transformer enclosures with associated switchgear, transformers, and cabling. This is a high-profile role with the successful candidates being responsible to coordinate and supervise on site construction activities from commencement through to final completion, acting as the principal contact for the client. Qualifications - Essential The job requires someone with;
Construction qualification or equivalent CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme UK Power Networks Sub Station Entry Temporary Works Supervisor A background in construction and the electricity industry Competency to work in Substations up 132kV. Knowledge of NEC contracts Knowledge of current legislation relating to Health, Safety and Environment Cost/ Value reporting exposure IT literate, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Full driving licence Competent to undertake construction activities on a range of LV equipment including street lighting furniture and distribution equipment.
