SITE ENGINEER WEST YORKSHIRE6 MONTH CONTRACT“A great long term opportunity for an experience Site Engineer with a track record within the Civil Engineering and Water sector.

”The Role and ResponsibilitiesAs Site Engineer you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of the project.

You be responsible for reading drawings, setting out and managing sub-contractors.

Building and maintaining client relationships, working with the section engineer and site agent and managing the weekly programme.

The CompanyOur client, a large Tier 1 contractor, have secured work with the Environment Agency within West Yorkshire.

They will be responsible for several schemes across the region covering flood alleviation, flood defence, and coastal defence schemes.

The RequirementsThe ideal Site Engineer for this position will have experience working within water or environmental sector, any experience with flood alleviation or flood defence would be advantageous!

You will have experience working with earthwork, setting out and managing sub-contractors and have worked at Site Engineer level previously.  

It is essential you are delivery focused and able to be based on site 5 days a week.

We do require someone that has worked for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, and you must have a valid CSCS and First Aid as a minimum.
