As a leader in the Green Tech industry our bespoke facility in Irvine is equipped with a manufacturing line that has state-of-the-art technology. Job Description Reporting to the Production Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join an ambitious expanding business. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the production operations and quality standards in the manufacturing of the timber frame kits. Our clients range from private individuals to the most prestigious national building and construction companies. Responsibilities Timber Frame Production Ensure quality control systems and checks are applied Direct responsibility for people management of the team recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management Drive a culture of continuous improvement amongst the team Responsible for health, safety, and wellbeing of personnel Ensure documentation relating to timber frame production and loading is accurate Manage overtime, timekeeping, and attendance of the team Liaise with maintenance to ensure tasks are completed Maximise throughput of all material in an efficient manner Skills Profile Experience of timber frame manufacturing Strong analytic/problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Dependable, flexible Flexible approach to working. Enthusiastic & self-motivated and ability to motivate the team.
