  • Responsibilities:



  • Number of supervisees: 6/7 x Housing Repairs Co-Ordinators

  • Provide efficient management and leadership support to a team of Housing Repairs Co-Ordinators

  • Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate performance, contract management, and budgetary monitoring systems

  • Monitor and report on service performance

  • Act as a point of contact for various stakeholders

  • Maintain a comprehensive and accessible library of information

  • Bring escalated events or issues to the attention of the Head of Repairs

  • Collate and present performance data and customer feedback

  • Ensure compliance with quality and service related standards

  • Provide administrative support to meetings, including minute-taking


  • Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Extensive experience in a senior administrative role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  • Experience with project management and deliverables

  • Previous team management experience

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a client-focused environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software


  • Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):



  • Knowledge of responsive repairs best practises

  • Problem-solving and project management skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures


  • Technologies:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of relevant software applications and systems
