At Hometrack, we’re redefining the mortgage journey for lenders, brokers and borrowers. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that Hometrack’s top tier customers are receiving an excellent service experience across all products and services they receive from us. You will have service delivery management responsibilities for nominated major customers, as well as broader responsibility for improving and maturing the Service Delivery Management function in Hometrack. This will include defining what good looks like and gaining buy in from internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be curious, proactive and customer-focused, have exceptional organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to dive into the details when required.
