Motor Trade Service Advisor required in Wakefield area of West Yorkshire
£27,000 OTE (made up of £24,500 + bonus)
Monday - Friday + Saturday morning on rota
Flexible working patterns available

Working within our Client's Van Centre, the role involevs liaising with customers, gaining an understanding of their requirements with regards to the service, maintenance and fault-finding of their vehicle, and keeping customers updated with regards to the completion of the work and arranging collection.
General day-to-day responsibilities include:
Invoicing work completed and taking payments;
Responding to customer enquiries - telephone, email and in person;
Progressing vehicle repairs through the workshop;
Developing a good technical knowledge to understand requirements and vehicle repairs;
Working as a team to reach targets / KPIs;
Ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when dealing with customers.
Requirements:
A customer-centric approach;
Strong IT skills;
Experience within the Motor Trade Aftersales / Service department within a similar role - Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Reception, Service Bookings Clerk, Service Administrator;
Full UK driving licence.
