Job Title: Service Advisor This full-time, permanent position is a fantastic opportunity to become the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership, representing the brand and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: * Answer customer enquiries both in person and over the phone. * Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle in the workshop. * Coordinate with the workshop and other internal departments. * Explain detailed work carried out on customer vehicles in a clear and professional manner. * Raise invoices and process payments from customers.
