Recruitment Solutions are working with a prestigious market leading Motor Car Dealership in  Reading . Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a  Service   Advisor  on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for anyone with a keen interest in customer service within the automotive industry who wants to progress their career to the next level with a household name in the industry.

    • About the role

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer car servicing bookings
  • Answering of both inbound and make outbound phone calls
  • Seeing customers in and out of the dealership
  • Explaining services carried out with customers and highlighting any vehicle faults that have been noted on inspection
  • Representing the service department at a front of house level

    • About you

    Candidate Expectations :

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Minimum 1 Years Experience within Main Dealer setting – Preferred
  • Valid UK Driving License – Advantageous

    • Working Days,Salary:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 Hours Lunch Break
  • £28,000 Basic (expected £34k OTE)
