As a key member of our Service department, our Service Administrator will ensure an organised and meticulous administration service for our Service department and customers. You will prepare key documentation for all customer service and repair visits, maintain accurate and updated customer records and vehicle data, and carry out pre and post visit customer care calls to ensure an unrivalled customer experience. This is a fast paced role with a variety of learnings along the way, alongside progressive vehicle updates with a world class premium brand, so full training and support will be provided.

  • Carry out effective and meaningful customer pre and post visit calls, and handling inbound & outbound telephone calls to existing customers
  • Respond to customer enquiries, including from our brand partner
  • Identify the needs of the customers and guiding towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements
  • Provide a high level of customer service which will allow you to build relationships with our customers to retain business
  • Be a pivotal area of support to our front of house Service teams, and wider Aftersales and workshop colleagues
