Macgregor Black are partnering with a Rapidly growing fashion brand on the search for a Senior Designer . This role is based in London.


As the Senior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customer-centric products that align with the brand's creative vision, driving growth and excitement across multiple categories.


Key Responsibilities


  • Creative Leadership: Contribute to the overall design and development of collections across all departments, following the creative direction set by the Founder and Head of Design.
  • Product Development: Lead design categories independently or in collaboration with the Founder and wider design teams, creating products from initial concept to finished garments.
  • Trend Research: Conduct trend research relevant to the brand’s customer base, ensuring innovative designs aligned with brand DNA.
  • Technical Expertise: Collaborate with the Tech team to ensure accurate fit and garment construction. Produce detailed tech packs for suppliers and create precise flat drawings.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Liaise daily with factories and suppliers to maintain smooth production processes.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship to the design team, sharing experience and expertise to support their growth and development.
  • CAD & Drawing Skills: Utilize excellent CAD skills and hand-drawing abilities to clearly communicate design ideas.

  • Software Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD design.
