Senior Structural EngineerManchester City Centre£40,000 - £50,000A very well-established engineering consultancy are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join the team and their expansion to Manchester from their head office based in Liverpool. The company are an independent mutidisciplinary firm with around 60 full-time staff who are looking to grow their Manchester presence in the near future with a talented, local engineer. The company have a very strong pipeline of public sector projects across a number of sectors, most notably Residential, Healthcare and Retail. The current Structures team numbers at 13 engineers and there is also a sizeable team of Technicians to help support and accommodate the right candidate. Ideally, they're looking for:A Senior Structural EngineerAt least 6+ years' experience in a similar roleA degree in Engineering or an Engineering-related fieldExperience using AutoCAD Experience working in a consultancy environmentSomeone who can work autonomously without supervision for the most partSomeone in commutable distance to ManchesterGood engineering knowledge and understanding of key structural engineering principals. This position will be paying £40,000 - £50,000 as a basic salary and will most likely be dependent on your specific relatable experience and skillset. You will be entering the Manchester office from the ground floor and helping to establish a wider team and this exposure will stand you in good stead for a very Senior role moving forward.
