Recently we have been successful in securing a number of major projects across London including grade listed, high-end residential and commercial mixed-use projects ranging from £100-250 Million in project values.

As an Senior/engineer You Will:

  • Lead the site engineering team with prowess.
  • Craft and oversee the project's temporary works schedule.
  • Vigilantly supervise temporary works activities on-site, from design compliance to RAMS, installation, inspections, loading, and unloading.
  • Establish and maintain vital dimensional control on-site.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of engineering tasks.
  • Uphold project specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout.
  • Report on-site operations to senior project management.
  • Be a proactive presence in shaping Engineering best practices on an organizational level.
  • Champion the "One Ardmore" ethos.

We're Looking For:

  • Experience with cut and carve Building projects.
  • Experience with Steel erection and RC frames.
  • knowledge of structural design and a proven track record managing engineering staff.
  • Thrive in working on restricted city center sites.
  • Proficient in managing temporary works.
  • Possess invaluable experience in main contracting.
  • Demonstrate a history of successful project delivery.
  • Hold relevant industry health & safety qualifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, etc.).
