The remit of the role is wide-ranging and will involve working alongside our research teams.

The key elements include:


  • Leading ESG related engagements, both of a thematic and a one-off nature with the companies and funds we invest in.
  • Ability to provide insight and oversight to our voting decision making process.
  • Contribute to the development of our investment climate action plan.
  • Written reports for external audiences and presentations to our colleagues.

You will be passionate about responsible investment and climate transition; be able to engage with different audiences and take ownership and responsibility whilst working collaboratively with colleagues.

Given the role includes leading engagements and oversight of colleagues, you will have previous experience to evidence your ability to deliver.




You will have an effective communication style (both written and verbal), be solution-oriented and have a flexible approach to helping others deliver on team tasks.

You will also have strong organisational skills, good attention to detail and proactively collaborate with others.
