Package: £30 - £32k Basic + Uncapped Commission up to 60%

The Role:


My client are looking for recruiters within the first 2 years of their recruitment career who have learnt the ropes when it comes to communicating on both candidate and client level and have exemplified the foundations of a successful recruiter.


Stepping in at a Senior Level in the business, you will be tasked and supported with the aim of building out a new desk in a niche market.

Markets they have already engaged with include Animal Health, Chemical Consumer Goods, and Finished Beverages.

Markets that have soared past the billions in terms of current valuations.

This coupled with lesser competition, the scope for earning potential is huge.


The desk will of course be cold, however the first few months will be candidate led.

Here you will develop a strong network and pool of connections through LinkedIn and various sourcing methods.

To compensate for this period of network development you won’t be targeted for your first 3 months, allowing you to really understand and enhance market knowledge.
